Our all-inclusive hybrid flooring packages include:

Vinyl Flooring Packages

Our all-inclusive vinyl flooring packages include:
– Premium vinyl planks in your chosen style & colour
– Skim coat surface smoothing and minor surface preparation
– Premium low-VOC adhesive

– Care package & Ready-Floors Promise

Optional Premium Prep Uprade for Concrete subfloors. This is a required upgrade for timber or tile substrates. Our premium prep upgrade is a 5mm average levelling compound applied throughout. Ask us to learn more.

Timber stubtrates require either fibre-reinforced* compound to be used, or HDF/Masonite to be installed as underlayment.

While our all-inclusive packages cover most homes, some jobs have special requirements. Below are our most common add-ons and upgrade options, transparently priced so you know what to expect.

Furniture Moving (per room) from $50–$75 per room Includes moving & returning standard furniture. Heavy/specialty items quoted separately

Rubbish Disposal POA (from $350 for skip) Depends on job size; smaller jobs may use trailer for cost savings

At RenoNet, we believe in total transparency. That’s why once we’ve inspected your home and provided your formal quote, the price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden charges, no surprise add-ons halfway through the job.

Unlike the usual experience of a low price up front and then piled on “extras” once work starts, we include the standard preparation most homes need upfront in our all-inclusive pricing.

The only exceptions are rare and extreme situations, like uncovering serious structural or moisture issues that couldn’t reasonably have been identified during inspection. If that ever happens, we’ll explain everything clearly and work with you to decide the next steps.
