We’ll give you the earliest available start date when you book your consultation, (usually 2-3 weeks) and we guarantee to stick to that date once it’s locked in. During busier periods, wait times can be longer, but we’ll always be transparent and keep you updated.

Because we’ve refined our process to include everything you actually need. We treat everyone the same, so we don’t overcharge grandma, and we build the essentials into our price: flooring, essential prep, scotia, trims, installation, and even a care package. We also clearly show optional add-ons for anything beyond the standard scope so you’re in full control.

Our package includes minor grinding and levelling to handle the most common issues, and the amount of prep we include scales with the size of your home. If we discover anything unusual (like structural damage or extreme levelling needs), we’ll stop, show you, and explain your options before continuing.

The average sized home is completed in 1-2 days, depending on the prep and things like access (a block of units might take longer than a regular house), but even the bigger homes are usually completed in a week or less!
